How to use this resource 

This resource is designed to strengthen leader effectiveness in collaborating and communicating about equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). It consists of three interrelated themes to be used on your own or with others.

Theme Three: Strategies for Having Necessary Conversations About Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

Each theme offers resources to support this learning including: presentations with notes and activities, articles with reflective questions, scenarios with reflective questions and micro-podcasts.

The overarching intent is to change mindsets about equity and move from awareness to action.
